We handle Amazon information in accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy and the Amazon Services API Developer Agreement.
01Information we collect
When you authorize Shepherd to connect to your Amazon Advertising and/or Selling Partner accounts through Amazon's official OAuth authorization, we collect advertising and account data necessary to operate the Service, including campaign, ad group, keyword, and target performance metrics; spend, sales, and conversion data; and product and listing information. We also collect basic account information you provide directly, such as your name and email address. We do not collect buyer personally identifiable information.
02How we use information
We use this information solely to provide and improve the Service — including adjusting bids and budgets, managing keywords, generating advertising creative, producing performance reports, and providing customer support. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to the Service.
03How we store and protect information
Information is stored in secure cloud data centers located in the United States. We encrypt data in transit using HTTPS/TLS and at rest. We apply least-privilege access controls, and access to your data is limited to personnel who require it to operate the Service. Authorization tokens are encrypted and access-restricted.
04How we share information
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except infrastructure and processing providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations no less protective than those described here, or where required by law.
05Data retention and deletion
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the Service, and no longer than 24 months after you stop using it. You may revoke Shepherd's access at any time through your Amazon account. You may request deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]; we will delete it within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
06Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
07Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
